What is Depth Coaching?
Depth Coaching is based on Jung's work and supports you in exploring your inner world, the landscapes, energies and stories in your psyche in a safe and supported co-creative environment where we can bring light and awareness to whats unconscious loosing and shifting ingrained patterning, the experience of resistance, holding us back from our full authentic expression and living the life we desire.
Through depth work we heal and whole ourselves by integrating and shedding the inner aspects of our selves that we've lost touch with or no longer need in living out our most authentic self; and in alignment with our deepest desires and dreams for our lives.
